A: Yes. You may schedule your appointment on the “APPOINTMENT” menu provided thru Calendly. Strictly no walk in policy.
Q: CAN I UNDERGO ACNE SCAR TREATMENTS WHEN I HAVE ACNE PIMPLES?
A: Clearance of active acne is a prerequisite. Acne can cause scars therefore controlling them is the first step.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?
A: We accept cash, GCASH, credit card, debit card and bank transfer.

Q: HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE RECOMMENDED?
A: Usually, 2-3 sessions are enough to see significant improvement. It also depends on the scar severity and the skin’s response to the treatment and healing capabilities.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE DOWNTIME?
A: 1 week. Usually, it takes 3-5 days before the swelling and redness subsides and 7-10 days for the hyperpigmentation.
Q: HOW SOON CAN I UNDERGO NEXT TREATMENT?
A: Interval of treatment is every 6 weeks.
This is to allow complete skin healing to pursue.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE PROCEDURE?
A: 2 hours. 1 hour is for topical anesthesia and roughly an 1 hour for the procedure itself.
Q: HOW SOON CAN I WORK OUT?
A: You can go to the gym 1 week after the procedure.
Q: WHAT DO I EXPECT AFTER THE PROCEDURE?
A: After the procedure, there is a slight but tolerable pain, swelling, redness, and hyperpigmentation. All of these will resolve in 1 week.
